Não vale a pena pelo valor. Quarto pequeno, bem simples. Nos cobraram uma taxa de resort que nem usamos, já que fomos em outubro e o tempo não estava próprio. Se estiver fazendo turismo e precisar de um hotel para hospedagem simplesmente, evite este aqui.
The worst hotel ever. Read all reviews. I should have read:( Palmoro is not located facing the beach. 1.5 blocks away from Mar monte. Don’t believe those pictures. They sent the message on the day we check in, that they are sister of Mar monte and take the key cards at Mar monte away from Palmoro. That means, Palmoro, they don’t have their own front desk. They charged “resort fee $35” at check out even though I have paid all on booking site. Never worth $380+$35.
*DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL* I booked two reservations at Palmoro House and both were horrible experiences. The first didn't even happen because they canceled it with absolutely no warning. I was at the rehearsal dinner for my wedding, when I got a call. I didn't answer, obviously, and when I got back to my room I sent my sister to check in at the hotel. They told us they had no record of the reservation and when I went into my email to get the confirmation, I saw that they had cancelled my reservation- FOUR MINUTES after get... read more
Excellent Customer Service. This location is literally a couple of minutes from the beach, at a private and gated location. The spacious and updated room was lovely and it boasted a cozy balcony. The bathroom was also large and was very clean. Luxurious cotton robes are available for use, as well as full size hair products in the shower. Large and late model TV.
