It was never explained to us after 2 in person meets and several calls what exactly is required to apply for a apartment. So after taking $225 for application fees and $300 deposit they declined us. Would have been nice for the office staff to be up front about their requirements before wasting our time and money. It's like they just wanted the money and did not care about the fact we are trying to get out of a domestic abuse situation. FRONT STAFF JUST AWFUL!!

We had a tour scheduled for 1:30 on Saturday 1/31. We walked in and the leasing agent told us it was going to be at least an hour longer before she could get to us. We had a full day of tours and the unprofessionalism instantly made us realize this isn’t where we want to live.
Toured with Alina V and she was so incredibly kind and funny! She made the experience all the more comforting and the ensley feel like it could be my forever home.
Beautiful property. Isela gave us a wonderful tour. Definitely looking to mo e to the sarasota area soon.
