We have had the worst apartment future resident visit ever here yesterday. My mom and I went there to check your available options for 1st time and the lady at the reception immediately told us (not even greeted to us) that “we will have to schedule an appointment because “she was going to have her lunch” (and it wasn’t even lunch time, it was around 2.30-3pm) and not even apologized for that, incredible how rude it was, and I felt very bad for this, like unwanted, we left immediately of course! The worst apartment complex so far in my life, your car can be towed right beside your apartment without any call.
The Ensley is one of a kind---mainly because the staff is so helpful, kind and patient. Special shout out to Barb who answered all my questions, gave me a tour TWICE, and simply made me feel comfortable without any sort of pressure. I can't wait to move in, in August.
THIS PLACE SO FAR IS A TRUE STEP ABOVE THE REST SIMPLY GORGEOUS . They offer all the amenities. With patience and kindness ✨️ the staff including maintenance are truly remarkable and the community is safe peaceful and quiet. Not to mention clean and reserve. 4 days in and I haven't exp all they have to offer but I won't waste any more time finding out stay tuned to the gentle giant post I'll keep you updated.
