Since living here, I've noticed management has become less responsive and the overall property condition has taken a downtown. Trash is often left out for days (or weeks in some cases), landscaping is over-grown with weeds. I’ve been living at Ensley for nearly two years, and while the community itself is nice, the management has been consistently disappointing. If you’re considering moving here, be prepared to see trash left outside residents units for weeks at a time. For example, the trash shown in this photo has been sitting outside the same unit for over a month. I’ve reported it to the leasing office multiple times, yet nothing has been done.
