This company is absolutely amazing when it comes to customer experience. From the first time we talked to Berke to the experience of dealing with his cleaner Mehmet it was nothing short of amazing. They are super helpfully and very knowledgeable in their profession. We had 2 of our couches cleaned and scotch guarded and they did an excellent job. If you ever need your upholstery or carpets cleaned this is the company to call!!!
I contacted Palmiye to get an area rug cleaned after we realized the rug we bought secondhand had a pet urine odor. The price was very reasonable, and the man I was in contact with was kind and polite. There were some communication issues but they were easily and professionally resolved. I would definitely work with them again.
The owner and operator of the company here in London, Berke came to my home and deep cleaned two fabric couches - they look like brand new couches!! It was also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!
Berke did an amazing job cleaning a mattress, fabric bed frame, sofa and armchairs. He was so helpful, honest and accommodating over the phone when I called for a quote and to book a cleaning time. The furniture looks clean, refreshed and stains are gone. We will definitely hire Berke again in the future if we need upholstery cleaned again!
