Working with HistoryMaker Homes here at Palmilla Springs has been awesome. Josh the builder for HistoryMaker takes time to spend with the homeowners and is very detailed on the home building process. Highly Recommend this neighborhood!
Don’t live here if you want ANY freedom in decorating your home. The HOA is selective in who they target so don’t challenge them on anything. They are also the strictest group of people I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with. They never follow up and just deny everything. The houses are ok. Very thin walls so you hear a lot.
