Love this quaint property!
We specifically booked this house for the elevator, which we required for our elderly father who can't do stairs. We paid over $6k for our 4 night family vacation that turned into the most stressful trip. We arrived at the house, unloaded all our stuff and got settled in. Then we find out the elevator wasn't working. I called the resort and was informed that they knew the elevator was broken and that it would take weeks to get repaired. I’m actually stunned at how incredibly terrible the customer service is at this supposed luxury family friendly resort. I have been trying to get ahold of someone through the resort and Vacasa for weeks now. We had some pretty suspicious occurrences during our stay that most definitely need to be addressed and not just ignored.
