Absolutely horrible experience, and I haven’t even gotten to move in yet. I applied last month, paid a deposit, and was never even approved to move into this apartment. I was told my deposit would be returned within 30 days. Those 30 days have passed, and I’m STILL waiting on my money. I’ve called multiple times, and as usual, nobody answers. Instead, I have to deal with an automated system that is frustrating and doesn’t actually help me get in contact with a real person. I’ve also been given incorrect and conflicting info... read more
