Trying to pay the rent is a lesson in frustration. They make it impossible to contact a person. I can only assume they do this to accumulate late fees. I would like to compare their late fee to tenant ratio with the national average. I’ve been there for eight months and still have no WiFi which was said to be free for all tenants. There is no office on site and no contact person, just an answering service that rarely gets a response. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 67 years.
