Our furnace wasn't working so we called the original installer, who spent 1/2 an hour checking it out and then said we needed a new one. We got a second opinion and received the same result. My wife saw a Palmieri truck in the neighborhood and suggested that we try them, as well. Adam from Palmieri checked out the furnace and found that some of the internal wiring needed to be cleaned up to work properly. We have used Palmieri twice now. Once for a day of service call to fix our furnace and another time for annual tune ups. Very happy with the services they provide, competitive pricing and professionalism! Great company!
Rich & team are absolutely the best. No heat call and he came right out to take care of issue. Told us we needed a tune up. When the team came back out for tune up, they found that the expansion tank and relief valve needed to be replaced. Parts stocked on the truck and job done in record time. I’ve had Rich out for a couple of service calls now. He’s been communicative, courteous, and punctual every time. He’s passionate about his trade as well, having spent more time than other companies I’ve used explaining how my steam boiler works, and the pros and cons of different options available. Pricing was extremely fair as well. I highly recommend him if you need heating service.
Rich is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. Has bailed me out multiple times troubleshooting over the phone. Highly recommended.
