Best homebuilder in Ohio
Palmieri Builders- I would strongly recommend not using this contractor. I purchased a house built by Palmieri and would rate their quality of work as inferior and they do not back up their construction in a professional manner. The house is 11 years old and I purchased it 3 years ago from the couple that had it built. During the winters I will occasionally hear extremely loud pops that sound like a large book dropped from 20 feet.
