I love this office! The doctor is awesome and the staff is so friendly and accommodating!
Dr.Frankel and her office staff are the BEST! I moved here from another state and started having some problems and she quickly worked me in. I was scared to death, brought my husband with me, and she was so kind, so understanding, and answered all our questions. She worked with me on a plan of care, tailored just for me, and I left her office extremely relieved. She sees outside the box, and truly listened to me. If I could rate this practice as 0 stars, I would. Very very unprofessional. A friend of mine just informed me of her experience here, and let me know that after calling during business hours and being met with the emergency only line, she received a message from what she believed was her doctor’s business phone, to then find out it was her personal because this doctor told her to never contact her number again.
