New patient appointment for hormonal imbalance: I left my appointment feeling confused and stupid. I would have liked to believe the dr. was having a bad day but based off of old reviews I know that wasn't the case. I started off by having to wait an hour past my appointment time. I had a fantastic experience at Palmetto Women's Health - from Karen at the front desk to Jessica who did my intake to Dr. Frankel who took the time to listen to my menopause journey. The website says they like to create a family friendly atmosphere and that's exactly what I felt here. I'm glad to have found this practice!
