Overall experience was positive. Shawna was very helpful and pleasant during every phone interaction. We rented a 2 bedrooom 2 bathroom unit. The unit had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and kerig. Rooms was very spacious and the area was very quiet. I would say it was about 15 mins away from the beach. Also close to restaurants and attractions. Unit has a washer and dryer but you may want to bring laundry detergent. 2 packs of powder detergent was provided. 1 pack of powdered detergent for the dish washer was also provided... read more
Our place was very close to a beach and walking distance to the boardwalk with many choices of restaurants and activities
We stayed at North Myrtle Beach, Ocean Bridge 27-B for a week and it was great! The room was ready at 1230pm and was so clean and wonderfully decorated. Many many pillows (I usually bring my own to have more) but they had plenty! The beds felt newer and were so comfy! The pocket doors added a game changer in the secondary bathroom, having more room to change and shower. Showers were BEAUTIFUL! The place was exactly like it was pictured. I would like to thank Shawna for the information provided to make the stay easy checking in and checking out. We also had some concerns and she stated that it would be addressed. The turnaround time to the concerns were handled in a timely manner. The young man that worked the security on Saturday night was very nice making sure we had our pool bands and letting us know when he will be back to close the pool. It’s just nice to be nice.
The unit we stayed in recently was very well acclimated and well maintained, it was very close to were we needed for supplies, the only thing is some basic equipment like mops or brooms were not provided but overall it was a great stay definitely recommend for a family of 5
