I bought a brand new $30k LS tractor from these folks and so far happy with the tractor even though it has under 10 hours. My problem with this company is the customer service is non existent. The older of the 2 ladies in the office is rude and has no issue with ignoring paying customers who are coming into the store to purchase expensive equipment. I currently need parts for another machine, been calling this store all week and all I get is "John is out of town and the mechanic is too busy to talk, but we'll call you back."... read more
They picked my bad boy mower up and said they would look at it 5 months later and about 15 phone calls they finally brought it back ran for 15minutes with a new oil leak and the throttle would not reach full power called back they said the mechanic would call. No call and they refused to pick it up never going back Ralph Woodson is a cheat thief
