Stopped in to ask about getting my LS serviced and the owner took 30 minutes out of his busy to talk. Definitely going to give them a chance at my business.
Part was wrong but couldn't find it on computer after a time they found right part in stock they worked hard to find the right part and made it right thank you
We purchased a new Bad Boy 54 inch cut. Was told to get the oil and filter from their place of business to make sure the warranty stays active. So we drive an hour to purchase from the business and they have no oil or filters. Stated that they haven't had any in over month. Customer service is a zero! Came home ordered from Amazon and will be delivered to my door Tuesday 4/21. I would never leave my mower there for any kind of service. Just to clarify: We love the mower with the Kawasaki engine.

They suck at their service, knowledge, and follow up. Between them and 2 other dealers trying to get my tractor fixed under warranty took 8 months. Corporate even led help. Got rid of it and bought a Kubota. Problem solved
