I have been a loyal customer of this tire shop for years, but my most recent experience was both disappointing and costly. After having new tires mounted and balanced, I discovered all four were 20 PSI underinflated. While airing them up at home, I noticed one valve stem was damaged — an inconvenience, but not uncommon.
