There are only a few actual insurance companies that cover flood prone areas. Mappus is just a reseller like many others. The brokers don’t control the price. Mappus was bought out years ago and the service has died since then. This is now the most unprofessional company I have dealt with for insurance. They often dont answer the phone. They never call you back after leaving multiple messages.
