I highly recommend Palmetto State RV everyone is friendly and professional. We drive from NC just to go there and Will the Finance Manager was very friendly and helpful. Shaun is the best salesman and they are never pushy and very up front and honest about everything. We will never buy or service any where else! Jackie & Bobby
We drove from Virginia to Palmetto thanks to Michelle for absolutely amazing service. We drove in full faith Michelle and all her time and FaceTime calls to make sure we were getting the camper we fully expected upon arrival. Thanks to her and the whole team there, everything was exactly expected and such a smooth transaction with buying our camper.
I live in Indiana and purchased a 2025 cruiser essence from Palmetto, I payed a total of 34,000, I could have gotten the same RV in Michigan for 29,000. The sales person at Palmetto convinced me to buy from them based on how well they inspect and keep their RV's, so I did. For me that was a 5000 dollar mistake. Here is what was wrong with this unit (it's still in the shop). I understand the manufacturer builds garbage but I purchased from them based on what the sales person told me . I purchased a used 2020 Keystone Avalanche. I traded in my 2023 Keystone Cougar. There was damage on my trade in that I had repaired. After a week in my new to me camper, I realized there was a leak on the right side slide that had damaged the wall and floor. The dealership reluctantly agreed to perform repairs. While those repairs were being completed I requested a new awning cloth be installed. This was not completed. The excuse was that the awning wasn't delivered.
