I met my son and daughter-in-law over there to look at a camper with them. I've been camping for a long time and they wanted someone with experience to take a look and offer unfiltered opinions. We spent a lot of time looking at a model they were really interested in and a couple of other comparable models. They will be picking up their camper on Friday. I highly recommend it!! The customer service was fantastic and friendly. There were no pushy salesmen like many other places. No pushy phone calls all day. They listened to what we wanted and helped us find a camper that worked best for our family and budget, which was awesome!! The service here is the best anywhere you can go. I needed new propane connections for my travel trailer. The customer service went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. They did not have just the lines I needed, but they took the lines off a completely new hose and selector regulator and sold just the hoses to me. Me and my wife had a fantastic experience buying our camper from Palmetto State RV. From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch. The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I have owned some type of RV/Camper since 1989 and have taken them to numerous RV repair or dealer shops over the years. Palmetto State is the best that I have been to in SC. Service manager Anthony went over the repairs, and the pricing was very reasonable. They are very responsive and customer friendly. They will see me for service again.
