Palmetto State RV is the only RV company I will go to in my local area. They have always not only fixed my issues at a reasonable price, but shared information that makes me more knowledgeable about my RV, which gives me peace of mind! The usual friendly salesman to your face...once you buy and leave the lot.....no help...bought a camper used, 1 weeks later on our first trip, 40miles down the road the camper brakes caught fire and was a disaster... family and kids in car, stuck on side of the road...i called and the guy said he would call right back...being on 20 minutes from them, we had high hopes and needed a life line...i called back 15 minutes later, and he he acted clueless, and tried making "it was a trade in excuse"...not even an ounce of help, or ... read more
We bought our Corterra last June. Tom and Anthony were great to work with and went above and beyond to work with us on our trade. We recently returned to have some warranty issues resolved. They resolved every issue quickly and completely. We have dealt with other local businesses and have never had this exceptional customer service. We will definitely drive the few extra miles for their services. And will highly recommend them for both sales and service for anyone who is looking.
The loyalty, respect, and care that everyone has here is incredible. Big kudos to Tom, Shaun, Alex, Anthony & Josiah for making it possible for us to continue “making great memories!”
