Top notch service! After traveling for three days straight, we rode into the area tired, hot, dehydrated, and hungry, only to find a broken electrical part in our RV during set up. Palmetto State RV was the only business here that carried the part we needed. Not only that, but their staff waited after hours with the RV part, while we navigated rush hour traffic in an unfamiliar place to get it. My fiancé and I purchased a camper and had the best experience by far. Michelle was kind and informative and showed us ample options for what we were looking for. The environment was welcoming and low pressure. Michelle gave us 10+ walkthroughs over the course of two weeks and was happy to do it. Thank you SO much Michelle for helping us, we can’t thank you enough.
We called from the road, and they waited for us past closing time so we could drop off our travel trailer. They checked all of the things we asked, fixed what was not working and made suggestions without trying to sell us services we didn't need.
Palmetto State RV is the best in the RV game. They were very welcoming, not pushy and very helpful!! They took our considerations and non-negotiables seriously! Nothing but great things to say. When you go, Ask for Shaun!!
