They damaged a wall in our move over 3 weeks ago, Drew’s response was to have the builder come back to fix it. It’s a new construction home, the damage was done by your employees, not a defect in the construction. AND we paid HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS EXTRA for the insurance!!!! The truck also broke down, was several hours late and one of the men smelled of pot which was transferred to our belongings. They lost the hardware to put back together my daughter’s bed, and multiple pieces of furniture scratched or had the finish rubbed ... read more
