Zach arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, came back two days later (after the part arrived) and fixed my driveway gate. Excellent service by a knowledgeable and extremely personable expert.

I have worked with Palmetto Southern for many years and they have gotten me out of more than a few binds over the years when my gate operators have decided to stop working at “inopportune” times (as anything with technology does from time to time!) They are good at what they do! Great Products and Service!
Outstanding job by both Matt, Ryan, Mason and Jason and of course the big boss Nathan! From start to finish, everything was done, expeditiously and professionally. I give them my highest of recommendations!
