Our family is no longer clients, due to customer service and a negative experience with a Dentist who was "learning". This Dentist replaced a filling incorrectly that fell out and they charged us twice to get it repaired although we were told that it was due to the Dentist's work. If the office takes fault, why should the customer have to pay again to have the filling fixed? Overall the hygienist did a good job but this issue was handled poorly.
