Two sales agents from Palmetto Senior Benefits visited my elderly mother in a medically vulnerable community during the COVID19 pandemic, one of them being Bryan Haggerty. Mom allowed them access because she thought they were from a government agency. These agents did not sign in as required by the facility despite my mother telling them to do this.
