Ward is extremely unprofessional! He will sit up and gossip about his customers and dry up your repair time talking about everyone’s business! I knew about a lot of his clients because he talks and gossips. Something a grown man should never do. Then when you tell him you don’t want to hear about them, he will get with the other RV guys in the area and tell them your name and address and tell them not to service you. Texted him still waiting for a response two weeks later
If there were 10 stars to give, I would do so. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We had some electrical issues with a camper and could not get the power to work. Within 10 minutes he had found the problem. And took the extra time to check all.of the outlets in the camper. A really nice guy. Cannot say enough good things about him.
