Ward is an awesome guy .. I called camping world and told sevice if they could recommend the best mobile RV mechanic... They said Mr Ward was the best and they weren't lying... He came out and repaired my furnace...pointed out some issues that should be done and is very honest and knowledgeable !! After dealing with Ward and Palmetto RV I won't let anyone else work on my camper... It would only let me leave a 5 star review but he deserves 10 !! Ward was called due to a slide out problem that we had while in Big Rig Friendly RV Park. He came out late and fixed our problem in no time. He is very knowledgeable and quick to fix problems and answer questions that we had. I HIGHLY recommend him if you have any RV issues. Thank you, Ward.
Ward is extremely unprofessional! He will sit up and gossip about his customers and dry up your repair time talking about everyone’s business! I knew about a lot of his clients because he talks and gossips. Something a grown man should never do. Then when you tell him you don’t want to hear about them, he will get with the other RV guys in the area and tell them your name and address and tell them not to service you.
