Unprofessional, had 1st appointment in Rock Hill office, was told they would call to schedule follow up appointments after verifying my insurance benefits, a week later i still have not heard from them, clearly all they care about is $ & not about helping patients, front office staff unprofessional i would not recommend

I went to see Kim for pelvic PT, but she ended up also uncovering (because she is a great listener) that my scoliosis was contributing my problems. Kim was able to help me with both! She is excellent at her job - giving you ways to incorporate good functional movement into your every day life and setting goals that are realistic and achievable. Wouldn't say they helped me with any of my problems but hey I'm still alive at least. Was given repeat courses multiple times and group therapy felt like a highschool classroom. Everything was done on hand out packets. I've already forgotten most of my stay there.

I want to thank the entire staff at Palmetto Fort Mill. They are extremely professional very caring and I have your interest at heart they take time to explain things. They have a great routine. the entire staff Skylar front desk very professional and organized my appointments, kind, and courteous Rachel and RJ extremely professional knowledgeable, great routine and the others thank all of you. I had rotator cuff surgery and you done amazing job you’re all are heroes.
