Sandy was kind and thorough. She got back to me quickly that she wouldn't be able to take the listing, but was kind.
It is with some degree of regret that I do not recommend using Sandy Gaskins (Broker & owner of Palmetto Realty) as your realtor. I used her to sell my home in Hartsville, SC with a few normal requests and expectations one has of realtors. One was to have an open house to have other realtors become familiar with the property. She did so, but for only one hour on a Tuesday morning following a Monday holiday, when most realtors have office meetings. She did not even take that hour to learn things about my home. My husband and I have done a few transactions with Sandy and each of them have been a breeze. Our most recent was buying a house 2 hours away and Sandy had no problem with having to make the drive (even spur of the moment) over and over to make sure we were happy. 10/10 recommend!
