This is our first experience with a propane company and we have had a very positive one with Palmetto Propane. They are very respectful, knowledgeable and responsive. I was especially pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of our technician Prince. He went out of his way to explain things to me and show me how to read my tank gauge with a friendly manner. Highly recommend this company!

I had an issue but two managers called me because they wanted to resolve the issue to my satisfaction, which they did. I appreciated their call and willingness to hear my concern and resolve it.

DO NOT FILL LP CYLINDERS HERE!!!!!!!!!! I am a full time RV'er and travel nationwide. I will be leaving Columbia in a few days and decided to top off both of my propane tanks before I went to colder climates in the mountains. Neither was empty and both had been used a little, might need 2-5 gallons between 2 30lb tanks. Due to this reason, I did not want to do a tank exchange and asked the campground I am in for a place to fill propane. I was referred to this location. They delivered right before the budget payment started and demanded that I pay for it in full BEFORE the budget plan started. After negotiating with the Manager, I set up a budget payment and agreed to pay a certain amount every month to pay my bill off. I called to make my last payment and now they say I owe another 200+. I AM DONE!!!!!
