Update January 21, 2025: We never did get refilled on the 20th like promised. We called the morning of the 21st and were told we would get serviced today. At 3:30 we still had not been serviced. We called again. At that point we were told we were on the schedule for the 23rd. After telling the lady we were missed yesterday and were on the schedule for today she said she would look into it. Update January 2025: We do appreciate someone responding to the review. By the time they responded we had already paid another company to take care of the issue. Since there was a response we did decide to keep our gas supply service with Palmetto. Sunday (January 20, 2025) night our gas ran out. We clicked on the app to schedule a refill. When we completed it we received a message immediately that read “Good news you are already scheduled for a refill.” Sounded good to us. I am extremely disappointed with Palmetto propane. It has been two weeks since my son requested and paid for a propane refill, and after following up several times, nothing has been done. My family has Ben left without heat during this time and the company’s lack of urgency is absolutely unacceptable. They’ve shown no concern for our well being or the fact that we are dealing with cold temperatures without heat.
