We have been trying to get our propane filled for almost 3 weeks only to get the runaround and either missing phone calls from unlisted numbers and unable to call back or them not calling at all and let us if they were coming or not. Was supposed to be delivered earlier today never had any communication whatsoever tried to call multiple times only to receive a phone call at 1840 only to be told that they canceled all deliveries today. My 70 year old mother has been getting propane from this company for 40 years. A meter was placed to let you know when it’s running low. It wasn’t filled. She called yesterday to get it filled before the snow. She was assured someone would be out. She called back and spoke with Christy who was very rude and told her that the company was busy. She calls back today and was told that no one will come until after the weather. Now she will not be able to cook or have heat. What a shameful service.
I could hear the customer service lady screaming at a family member. We had been trying to get propane for 3 weeks before the ice storm and before the current snow storm. We use the gas heater to supplement heat for the house because the electric heating unit can’t keep up. They use unknown caller ID’s for contacting for any information as to when a delivery will be arriving. They also can’t take calls back because of the same problem. Absolutely amazing customer service from Abraham, and Amanda. Abraham is very friendly, great customer service and very enthusiastic. Every time we have had tanks filled, he’s always smiling, talkative and makes you feel like family. I’ve talked with this young man and I’ve always noticed how polite, well mannered he is. He goes above and beyond if you need help getting tanks in and out of vehicle. He definitely is a gentleman and most of all he is one hell of a worker. Amanda was very friendly and easy to talk to.
