Kelvin came out to deliver our fuel and I was greeted with an attitude. He is rude and disrespectful. I will definitely be calling to get another propane company.

I saw the bad reviews without much information and ignored them. I went ahead and opened a new account with this company and it's been a horrible experience. Even setting up the contract was a pain. It took two weeks of phone tag and resending emails 5 or 6 times to finally get the account set up. I set up a new gasoline delivery contract with the company after I was told the tank they installed would have a fuel gauge on it and no gasoline would be delivered without my calling in to order a delivery. They never pick up the phone and the app is horrible I’ve been waiting over a week for Propane Refill I have heard nothing
