I was extremely impressed very professional. A very nice staff. Highly recommend them.
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of compassion and care and modern medical knowledge at this doctor’s office. Despite being located in an underserved area where patients often face significant challenges, the staff and doctors seem indifferent to the well-being of their patients. There is little effort to understand or address individual needs. This place is not the most pleasant in atmosphere however. I would have given this place a five-star if it wasn't for front desk Gayle or Gale is not professional she's very nasty and short. I've witness her also being disrespectful to others that's checking in and checking out. They Someone else at the front window. However the doctors here are on point especially with labs. However they need someone to clean this building better as well.
Monday Sept 18 at 9 am I was made to feel disrespected. Discriminated. And just smaller than an ant. The front desk was very rude. As we were on the way out she rudely murmured something under her breath before slamming the glass behind her. I was there for my depression and anxiety. And a refill of my medication with a new doctor. I got down the road and had a panic attack. I am sick and very unhappy. There are ways to speak to the public.
