Extremely disappointed with this office. They consistently charge for things that should be included in a standard visit, with little to no explanation or transparency. Trying to get answers or resolve billing issues is frustrating and met with unhelpful, dismissive staff. The administrative side is disorganized and difficult to deal with while their doctors are fine.

Very disappointed in the reception experience of this office. There are so many other doctors offices in the area, go elsewhere. Dealing with reception here isnt worth it, which is a shame cause Dr. Kelly is the best.

Cannot speak for the doctors at this location but the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I called with a simple request. That alone was enough of a deterrent. I do however highly recommend the Daniel Island location.

I am so disappointed with this doctor's office. When I went in person it was okay. Nothing impressive, but whatever. But after my first appointment it has gone downhill rapidly. Not only are they not transparent -- and I think they were trying to scam my insurance by double charging me for a physical appointment -- but they are also incompetent.
