The office staff is very nice things are clean and orderly. I give it only two stars because of Dr Nathan Avril ..he cancelled appointments on me more than once. He has never told me the drugs that I'm on are counteractive to one another or that they could even pose a danger by taking them together. A pharmacist had to point this out for me when I filled the prescription. It's not for a patient to know all these things it's for the doctor to warn the patient.
I scheduled a complete physical exam last July as a requirement for my health insurance. Their staff took it upon themselves to code it as something else after the visit, which is causing my premium to go up $1200 for the next year. I can't get anyone on the phone, and will have to take unpaid time off to go to their office and deal with their drones, only to be treated like they will have to do me some kind of favor... Dr. Averill went way above and beyond what I ever could have expected on my first visit with him. I have some complex issues and he enthusiastically wants to help me solve all of them. Bravo and thank you Doctor!
Became a patient in fall 2024. Since 2025 they keep canceling my appointments the week or day of. Can not fit me in their schedule. I schedule appointments specifically when I have a break from work as I’m a teacher so I can’t be rescheduled easily. Did not inform me when the doctor I was seeing left the practice. Could not get a refill of my medicine until I saw the new doctor. The new doctor canceled my overdue appointment the day prior and they did not have any other openings before I went back to work.
