I was very happy with my first two physicians. Never happy with the staff. I reached out for assistance with a form needed and was lied to, ignored, and disregarded by the front office staff. I reached out and told them to cancel my upcoming appointment and they just said, “Oh, you’re jumping ship on us?” I gave the reason and she said, “Oh, okay.” This is the person that was giving me the run around each time I called regarding the form. I've been a patient with them for a few years now and the office staff is rude and disrespectful and they do not help each other when you call to get a refill they get the refill order mixed up and they say you're taking this when you know you're taking the other then when your doctor calls you back and says I got the refill that you asked for and it's not even what you ask for and then they don't give you what you're supposed to have and then don't call it in it is the most dysfunctional place I have ever been so yes my att... read more
