To much of a turnover when it comes to doctors. Not really content with front desk who acts like you dont exsist when you walk in the door. Very unprofessional when the front desk manager is popping her gum while she checks in patient's. The least she could do is look up and say I'll be with you in a minute. Endocrinologist in the same building dont really help manage my diabetes well. If I could leave 0 ,I would .I'm looking for a new.Dr. ..Dr. Averille doesn't care about his patients. Ignores messages and multiple phone calls from pharmacy and me . This is the only doctor I've ever had this problem with in my life. Pre-authorization failed had to go on a lower dose of testosterone. All he has to do is tell the pharmacy it's okay to fill the prescription he already wrote with the lower dose.
on mon day the 6th the Secretary Mrs.mayda was so nice and helpful. Just by being her wonderful self she makes the office a happy place. Thank you!
Dr is fine, there system sucks. If you need a prior authorization prepare to wait a month. Pharmacy sent for a prior authorization the first time never got a response.They sent it a second time and now that one has been thirteen days.So far, and counting. Still no reply.I have left 3 voicemails .Never got a call back . I'm still counting. My pharmacy said it could take 24 to 72 hours for a prior authorization to go through. I used googled AI , it also said 24 to 72 hours.
