Did a landscape job installing plants, grass and irrigation. Reported to Brandon and Susan that arborvites were dying and asked them to come by and see if they could be saved. This was in January and they never showed up to look at the plants. Two of the arborvites died and we asked Brandon to replace per the contract we have that states plants have a 12 month warranty with irrigation which we have. Promised to deliver replacement plants on Thursday and he was a no show and no response to text message asking what happened. W... read more

Big company performance with small company care! Brandon and his team were great and the quality of their work was excellent! Our patio turned out better than we had imagined. They took their time with the project, ensuring all the details were to our liking. They worked extremely hard every day and were professional. They took our vision and made it come to life. Set up an appointment but Brandon never showed, didn't return my calls, didn't return my texts. He gets decent reviews so maybe my experience is not the norm.
