I would give zero stars if possible I ordered my hot tub and was advised not to get the radio they dont last long. I found out they deliver bit do not install start up or get it running. When I did get it going it was wet all around it I was told its normal. I complained and said i need some one to look at I was then told it would be $125 I told them to take it back. We do not have all equipment for our hot tub. Called 5 times to owner Craig without a return call We are unable to drain our spa. We contacted the hot tub company and was informed it was to have a drain. We do not. Now we have to figure out how to put a drain in since Craig would not call back. Not a very ethical person and all we want is to have the drain put in. He was dishonest with the spa company stating he told us to remove the front panel.
