These guys inspected the in ground pool at a house I eventually bought. Their inspection was not good. They missed the mold in the pool, the hole in the sand filter, the fouled up saltwater system. So they gave the pool the thumbs up, but the motor burned out today, and I have to replace the sand filter and motor and have the pool remediated for mold. Worst inspection I have ever gotten might sue for the return of the inspection fee as they clearly didn't do their job.
