Move in process has been a breeze. Moving in from out of state was a bit unclear on the process but the help at Palmetto made it easier. Great community and people
When we moved in and started the lease, we immediately noticed a roach infestation and requested pest control treatment. Although treatment was done initially, the issue resurfaced after about three months. We raised multiple service requests, and on one occasion, we were asked to clear out all the cupboards for treatment. We complied, spending significant time and effort to remove our belongings, but no one showed up to perform the service as scheduled. Very fast, clean and neat work
I recently toured Palmetto Pointe, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The leasing agent Joselyn who gave the tour was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable. The property itself is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed.
