Absolutely horrific. Sarah McLachlan could shoot a neglect video here. My wife & I were looking for a loving place where we would feel comfortable leaving our 2 dogs for some care and pampering while we went out of town and thought we found it here. NO WE SURE DIDN'T. We upgraded them to a suite where they could stay together rather than in 'jail'. We brought their own beds, toys and food for comfort. Paid extra for playtime & exercise. Paid this place extra because we brought our own food (still trying to figure THAT out!?)... read more
We have used Palmetto Pet Resort since we moved to the Columbia area 5 years ago and LOVE IT! The staff is friendly and helpful and always has a spot for us even when we call last minute. Both of our dogs have been comfortable with being dropped off and I know they are well cared for while we are gone. They come back happy and smelling clean! I have never had a bad experience there and I have recommended them to all of my friends which have used them too. I have a dog that now needs to be groomed regularly and I plan to use ... read more
