The telephone goes straight to voicemail when answered. The voice over says the voicemail is checked every 30 minutes. That is not true. Called 0830 and did not receive a call back. Called back at 10:30 and got a hold of someone. So DO NOT WAIT for someone to call you JUST CALL BACK. The person on the other line put me on hold again which is fine but when she got back to me was rushing to provide service- so I kept it quick. I do not like how this pediatric clinic works. To whom I may concern, I really like this doctor office but trying to get a hold of them and get a callback is very hard. My son needs a referral for an allergy doctor and they referred me to one that does not accept their insurance, so I’ve been trying to call to try to get him the correct one that does accept his insurance, but I have not received a call back. They need to get better with answering there callings. They need to understand that we are calling them for a reason.
Friendly and efficient as always! Dr. McDill is great and staff are great!
