The only pavement company that blocks the whole road for hours at a time seeming to care less about traffic..... Who put gravel down on major highways for weeks before they start paving .
Waited for 30 minutes for construction no work was being done. They just had has sitting there. For a mile stretch. You need better communication. 🙄
