Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help

They supply sleep machines through my local, Raleigh, NC company, Sleep Works. Switched insurances and they billed me $13,000, yes, i said thirteen GRAND for my BIPAP machine. It is expensive, but it retails for $5000. Sleep Works told me I would not be liable b/c they didn t catch the new insurance. I found a lightly used machine for under $1000 online. Just $12000 less than Palmetto. Now I m being billed more from Palmetto that I was NOT supposed to be liable for. This company is a MAJOR scam. That kind of markup is crimin... read more
