My experience was excellent
Keat always comes in and does a professional job.
The person doing the trainer was good at his job. The problem was having to go to an address that was in the process of moving. The main office could not find the address. The gps appeared to be taking me to a remote area that make me feel uncomfortable. I turned around twice, simply lost. Someone should have notified us of an address change. I did finally find it. Arrived a little late.
Very positive explanation of system. Showed ease of using.
