The staff is amazing the Doctor patient and kind. My Daughter had worked in the Lexington office for a couple months before she was killed. I can't thank all the staff for thier emotional support & kindness
This place is so money hungry it don’t even make no sense , they give you the wrong address and then call talking about billing you for a no show 👎🏾
Always a pleasure to see Dr. Shockney. Very responsive, always on top of her game. She's taken care of my eyes for years. Today the glasses tech, Joe, went out of his way to not only adjust my glasses but also explain how to be sure the measurements are taken correctly and they fit! I travel a lot, so this was very helpful! Thanks to the Leesville team!
Horrible!!! No one will call you back or answer the phone, left multiple messages, for 3 weeks due to no one answering...clearly don't check their VM because now cannot leave a message any longer due to box being full! Loved Sarah Shockney but will be leaving the practice due to HORRIBLE front staff/ customer service!
