Great shop.
I transported a brand-new 2023 Ram 2500 from KY and had Palmetto Off Road install a 2.5” front level with coils and Bilstein shocks all around. Upon completion I picked up the truck from Charlie (owner) he was ver polite and his pricing was very competitive, even provided me a military discount. It was raining when I picked it up so I just got in the truck and left. The next day I noticed one rim was severely scratched and a significant gouge in the metal. Absolutely grateful for Palmetto Auto Repair! My father's car was at another repair shop for a week with no answer. I brought it over to Palmetto Auto Repair, who exceeded my expectations. Charlie and his crew were very quick to diagnose the issue and kept in contact with me. They were very honest and quick with the repair and provided an extremely fair price. My dad is more than pleased with the vehicle, and, most importantly, he's able to get around without fear of his car breaking down.
