My purchases were made last year. I called to get the manufacturers product number and was told that it's been so long ago, they use three different manufacturers and they don't have this information available...it's been less than a year...this is not sufficient...I know they have all available information for their tax credits.
Very good customer service, and will go all the way to order what you need for your mobile home. Highly recommended.
