As an amateur triathlete, getting massages is a huge part of my recovery, and Karen has been amazing. She's helped me stay on top of my training by keeping my body feeling good, and I can honestly tell the difference after every session. She's super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really knows what she's doing. I can't recommend Karen and Palmetto Massage enough. If you're looking for a great massage, this is the place to go!

I've had many massages by men, women, and robots. None of them hold a torch to Karen. Hands down best massage I've had. She will get to know exactly what you need, how much pressure to use, where to focus, and I'm fairly certain there was some mind reading involved. For those who like the deep tissue, high pressure massage, she has been doing this for 20+ years and can always press harder. You won't be able to find her max pressure. That was a first for me. This was my First Real Massage…it was Amazing! Karen’s hands are magic. She knows so many techniques of massage and knowledge about the physiologic aspect of our muscles and how to help them. I have no reason to go anywhere else. She can handle athletes, super moms, babies and my old back and stiff muscles/joints quite well.
