Absolute worst service experience in over 20 years, across 8 different states I have lived in. I scheduled a service appointment with Sharon over the phone on Monday, 9 September 2024. And to my surprise she offered a service appt for same-week Thursday as she noticed an opening. Cool I'll take it, a a the next opening was a month out.
