I was prescribed a medication for infusion back the first week of May. After waiting until June I assume they would have had a full month to get the necessary information. Palmetto Infusion of Savannah claimed they made a mistake with the spelling of my name and this caused a delay. Then when that was straightened out they made another error with the loss of my lab results. Three separate doctor offices faxed lab results that they wanted directly to them.
