Beautiful new facility with plenty of private rooms with new leather recliners, lots of snacks and drinks, and your own tv with Roku and WiFi available. I am a caregiver so being here is like a vacation for me. The best part was my nurse got my IV in with ease. I barely felt it! The staff there is great too! Thanks everyone for making this experience a pleasure!

I went to palmetto in June was overcharged for my prolia shot but I paid it with my credit card. Today I just got a bill from palmetto saying that it was never paid!;;;; Please double check what you're getting billed and what you're paying it's terrible customer service

I needed a procedure in 14 days but was told paperwork and committee reviews would take well over a month, with another two weeks for scheduling. Despite my doctor stressing urgency, I was repeatedly told no appointments were available. Only after insisting did I get one, and when I arrived, I found the facility nearly empty and discovered appointments were always open. I missed my deadline by 4 days and remain anxious about the outcome. Be cautious—this company does not provide accurate information.

My Dr placed a referral here Jan 15 for a sq med that was due on Feb 21. It is now March 7th and I’m still not “approved”. They have a 500 step approval process and unless you call and push them to the next step nothing happens. Very, very poor service. No appreciation for trying to meet a due date. As this is a q6month med I’m sure it’s going to be this way each time.. ugh.
