I have appointments at this location every 8 weeks. The nurses and support staff are always courteous, friendly, professional, and skilled. It is often difficult to start an IV as my veins are deep & they roll. The nurses here are very skilled. One & Done. No poking me 3,4,5 times. It’s not great to have to need this treatment but if you need any type of infusion therapy I highly recommend Palmetto Infusions & specifically this location.

Love the staff and the option for private suites. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I now only receive treatment here. Oh and the snacks

My appointment was at 10 am. I was not seen until 10;30. I am very disappointed in the poor scheduling of this appointment.

I needed a procedure in 14 days but was told paperwork and committee reviews would take well over a month, with another two weeks for scheduling. Despite my doctor stressing urgency, I was repeatedly told no appointments were available. Only after insisting did I get one, and when I arrived, I found the facility nearly empty and discovered appointments were always open.
