Love the staff and the option for private suites. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I now only receive treatment here. Oh and the snacks

My appointment was at 10 am. I was not seen until 10;30. I am very disappointed in the poor scheduling of this appointment.

I needed a procedure in 14 days but was told paperwork and committee reviews would take well over a month, with another two weeks for scheduling. Despite my doctor stressing urgency, I was repeatedly told no appointments were available. Only after insisting did I get one, and when I arrived, I found the facility nearly empty and discovered appointments were always open. My first Palmetto experience today was excellent! The process to get scheduled took awhile, but found out it was mostly pushback from my insurance not wanting to approve it (even though I’ve been on it for years). The space is really nice! Comfortable reclining chairs and snacks were provided. But best of all was the nurses and staff who made the experience great! They explained things thoroughly, got my IV on the first try, and were very friendly. I am happy to have a place like this to go to!
