Called and left a message. Frankie called back promptly and said he would show up the same day, which he did. He stayed until he completed the repair. Found his pricing very reasonable, for labor and parts. Would not hesitate to call him back for any other projects.

I came from Columbia he was in the hospital Frankie was supposed to do some work for me gave him part of the money. NO WORK WAS DONE HE LITERALLY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND WILL NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE DO NOT TRUST HIM

I waited over a month to write this in hopes they would fix their mess ups but they never did. Don't walk RUN away from this business! We called them for a busted well pipe and they fixed it and all was fine. The next day another pipe busted, the Dad ghosted us and the son showed up late at night and installed something on our pipe that made us lose complete water pressure. They never came back. We had to hire another plumber to come out and take off the valve he installed to get our water back. Turns out when the son instal... read more

Frankie has had to be on call on more than one occasion for plumbing issues in this older house. His work ethic is second to none. Yesterday, he spent one three hours in the cold rain working out an issue with my well and pump. I probably paid less than a "service call" would have been for a lot of companies. He will also answer questions and try to steer you in the right direction to save you $$$.
