I requested a quote for my front door glass pane a month ago. Two young men came to take measurements, which required inside access. After a month with no update, I followed up and was informed that the measurements were lost, requiring a reschedule. Unfortunately, the available date conflicted with my travel plans, and the next available appointment is 2.5-3 weeks away.
