I had an appointment for Consultation - General on March 5, 2026 at 01:15 PM at PGH Aiken. I arrived at 1:02. Receptionist was very nice, filled out required paperwork, scanned ID and insurance cards. So far so good. Nurse called me promptly to the back. Very pleasant, weighed me and took my blood pressure, showed me to the examination room @ 1:15. So far so good. One hour later no one had contacted me, no one explained the delay.
