We bought our fireplace insert from this company and have them install it a year ago. We were very happy with their service. We are not happy with the ongoing service that we get in relation to making an appointment they were supposed to be here this morning and I called the office to ask at about what time they would think they would be here!! We highly recommend Palmetto Gas! We had a minor (but potentially costly) problem with a gas leak (outside) and they not only responded quickly but made it right and made sure we were 100% taken care of.
