this place does not fix anything but expect you to pay an $1100 rent!!!! Worst management they don't care if your townhouse is flooding with small kids never offered to move us never fixed the problems black mold got my kids put in the er have pictures and emails to show I tried to get them to do something they violated the lease by not fixing anything and black mold in downstairs bedroom and floods every time it rains and now they want to charge me for leaving when my kids doctor even wrote a letter stating the mold issue is a health problem and unsafe environment for kids to be. Update: (November 4th 24) I received my deposit back. Eskay Management reached out and solved my issue in a few days. I won't bash Eskay Management as I was able to contact other apartments ran by the same corporation and they helped me as much as they could.
