Both gentlemen were courteous and customer friendly. However, Larry does not offer in my opinion offer fair prices on gold. I will jot return there and have taken my business elsewhere.

Recent interest in coins and precious metals led us to Palmetto Galleries. My wife and l have visited several times in the last couple months and we really enjoy the people at the gallery. We received honest feedback for our multitudes of questions concerning both coins and precious metals. We are also extremely satisfied with all our purchases. Wow! Just got off the phone with whoever answered. I gave my name, He refused to give his, and refused to assist me at all. Maybe he's having a bad day. VERY Poor customer service.

I went into the store 11/12/24 To buy some coins, I have done business with this man before, on this day. He was so rude and obnoxious. It was like he was another person. I advise all my My friend and my people who like to stack silver and collect coins do not spend your hard earn money at this shop. I came in the store with respect and I got disrespected. Please take your money to another dealer who treat customers with respect.
