RecommendedI’ve written a review before, but one great review just doesn’t do my bank justice. It floors me that there is still a bank that tries to know you and your family on a personal level. I also have to brag on Darrell, because he goes out of his way to look out for his members time and time again. However, the whole team makes us feel like family when we’re there. I have been with Palmetto First Federal Credit Union since it was the Railroad Credit Union and my grandfather opened a savings account for me and my sister which was over 40 yrs ago. They have been available for all my banking needs and are like family! Mike Matthews is the best at customer service and a great asset to the bank!
We have been with them for years and love them. Darrell is awesome and goes out of his way to help everyone, and everyone there are really polite and courteous. Big commercial banks are way overrated, we love our local bank !!
They make you feel like family and not just an account number. I highly recommend using this credit union. The real rating is 10 but they only have 5 stars. Really happy with them.
I absolutely love it at PFFCU.I have been a member since forever, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. These folks are my family. Mr. Daryl keeps me straight. Love it.
